We are proud to announce a transaction covering both the RtB sale and the construction of PV Żabice, a truly unique solar project with a total capacity of up to 135 MWp, to Virya Energy – a Belgian leader in energy transition projects across development, financing and operations.
As the strategic partner to AP OZE, the project’s developer, Ergy led all transaction and construction-related matters. Since late 2023, our team has been driving the project forward by:
– coordinating late-stage development and project optimisation,
– running a rigorous procurement and CAPEX negotiation process,
– originating and executing the full M&A transaction.
Following the closing, we are now taking on the role of asset and construction manager, overseeing all activities until the project reaches successful COD.
